John 20:24-29:
Thomas wants proof. Jesus does not fault him for his doubts but rather offers him what he needs. Jesus is willing to meet Thomas where he is. His acceptance of Thomas’s human weakness helps him grow in faith as evidenced by his profession.
Was Thomas the only one who doubted or was he the only one willing to admit his doubt? I know if I am honest with myself and face my doubts with you at my side my faith will grow stronger.
Caritas Zambia is a Catholic Organisation that is an integral structure of the Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB).
